Does the screen turn off if the internet goes down?
No. Content is stored on the device and keeps playing.
Can the screens be in different stores?
Yes. Manage screens across all stores from a single console.
LUMA Video Wall
Can four 55-inch screens make a video wall?
Yes. Configure it as a 2×2, with one media box connected to each screen.
Is bezel correction supported?
Bezel calibration is coming soon.
How many screens does it support?
Supports up to 4 across and 4 down, 16 screens in total.
Ad Publish analytics
Can advertisers view the results themselves?
Yes. Send a share link for a specific ad, and they can view that ad's report only, without logging in. No other ads or device info are shown.
Can you count people who actually viewed it via camera?
Ad attention analytics, used together with LUMA Vision, is in preparation for launch.
LUMA Remote Support
Is customer info visible remotely?
On screens showing customer info, remote screen transmission and input are blocked.
Who can perform remote control?
Only people with store admin permission can perform remote control.
AI Remote Log Analysis
Who analyzes the logs?
The LUMA support team receives logs remotely, reviews them alongside AI Diagnosis results, and takes action.
How long are logs kept?
Diagnostic logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
